Riverside Assisted Living LLC was founded in 2013 and is Alaska's Premier Assisted Living Community with known operaters who had previously developed similar facilities in the Northwest. The facility is located directly above the bank of the world-famous Kenai River in the picturesque city of Soldotna, Alaska. Force Capital Partners acted as principal funding source and provided management support and financial oversite during design, construction and start-up. Today, Riverside serves the regional area of the Kenai Peninsula, Alaska.
