  • Force Capital Partners (FCP): Senior Contract Administrator

    As the Senior Contract Administrator for Force Capital Partners, Alana will provide oversite as the Owners Representative on the construction of a 20,000 square foot commercial facility in Santa Rosa Beach.

    As the Senior Contract Administrator from 2009 – 2014, prequalified EC Source Services as an EPC service provider for most major utilities throughout the United States. Coordinated responses to multiple $200 million + project, including development of safety, construction, and material procurement plans. Upon award of the Mona to Oquirrh 345kV Transmission Line Project by PacifiCorp, she coordinated between the Contractor, Engineer, Owner, and material suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking of all required submittals.

    Instrumental in the successful pursuit and execution of landmark projects as Senior Contract Administrator for the EPC service provider for many major utilities throughout the United States. Coordinated responses to multiple requests for proposals for 100+ projects, including development of project specific safety, construction, QA and material procurement plans. Upon award of the Mona to Oquirrh 345kV Transmission Line Project by PacifiCorp, managed the interface between the Contractor, Engineer, and Owner from design (submittal/review of drawings) through construction (creating and distributing IFC construction books) and energization. Maintained project administrative compliance through daily coordination with engineering, helicopter operations, QA, safety, environmental, and construction to ensure current revision of project documents were being utilized; weekly and monthly reporting (all engineering, procurement, and construction activities), meeting minutes, QA documentation and invoicing.

  • Maslonka & Associates (2000 – 2007) *Merged with InfraSource 2004

    As Senior Contract Administrator for Maslonka & Associates for the WAPA Los Banos-Gates 500kV(Path 15) Transmission Line project which delivered the 84 miles of 500 kV transmission line project on time while adhering to the strict California safety and environmental regulations. Maintained project administrative compliance through daily coordination with engineering, helicopter operations, QA, safety, environmental, and construction to ensure current revision of project documents were being utilized; weekly and monthly reporting (all engineering, procurement, and construction activities), meeting minutes, QA documentation and invoicing. Played same role in several other large transmission projects and significant storm responses throughout the U.S.
